"Nice packaging, figure arrived in good shape"
The box was packed well, the figure came in looking totally fine. No dents or issues that I noticed, so I’m happy with it

I ordered from Dekai Anime and the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so for a while I was just kind of guessing where my order was. It did eventually arrive, so I guess it worked out, but I probably wouldn’t use them for anything I needed by a certain date. Just didn’t feel super reliable to me.

"I’m confused because the website..."
I’m confused because the website makes it seem like someone will get back to you, but I’ve messaged twice now and still haven’t heard anything at all. Not a great experience.

"Not much in stock, and the terms seemed to change"
I checked dekaianime.com for a few figures and bits of merch, but the selection felt limited and a lot of the stuff I wanted was out of stock. It got a bit frustrating trying to find anything worth ordering. On top of that, I noticed the terms seemed to change, which didn’t really give me much confidence. In the end, I just went and looked somewhere else.

"It just felt a bit too expensive for..."
It just felt a bit too expensive for what you actually get. Maybe some people won’t mind the price, but compared to similar options I’ve seen, the value didn’t really stand out. I’d definitely shop around before buying.
